Seulement 16 personnes pour le 3è tournoi Peasant Magic, la neige nous ayant privé de 6 participants bloqués sous les congères.
Toujours dans la bonne humeur, le tournoi se termine sur la victoire de Jonathan Levi et de son Black Hand.
Bien que largement optimisable (selon son propriétaire), il l'a emporté sur Elfes, Zombies, High Tide, UB Tendrils et ne s'est incliné que contre Full Burn dans les rondes.
Il a su barrer le chemin aux deux decks combo qui semblaient devoir rouler sur tous les autres jeux. La combinaison de défausse et de destruction de terrain, qu'il a eu l'habileté de piocher en quantité, s'est avéré destructrice pour des jeux qui tentent de partir en combo au tour 4.
En demi finale, avec mon deck Full Burn, je rencontre Matthieu Durand qui joue un jeu combo qu'il a développé dans la semaine. Il m'a déjà battu dans les rondes et fera de même facilement, mais comme il doit partir, il me laisse aller en finale.
De l'autre coté, Jonathan Levi élimine Philippe Lieutaud, pour une troisième victoire consécutive contre combo. Il l'emporte ensuite en finale.
Les premiers decks affinité finissent à la 6è et 7è place, ayant subi leurs défaites contre combo et zombie pour le 6è, et contre combo et en mirror pour le 7è.
La première apparition de Psychatog dans les tournois Peasant n'a pas été concluante puisque le maître de l'Etendu finit dernier, mais je vous invite à le tester, il peut faire beaucoup mieux.
Enfin, on notera une tentative de jeu contrôle qui finit 9è. L'absence de sort comme Colère de Dieu en Peasant rend l'exercice difficile. Bravo à Patrice d'avoir essayé.
